the time has come to scrap my old hog built in ASP sometime in the mid nineties. With a heavy heart I deleted it from the server and gave place for a brand new Joomla site instead.
I will continue working on my projects and you will find them under the Projects menu to the left. Please feel free to grab whatever you want that is accessible from the site.
I hope you will find some useful stuff and don't hesitate to let me know what you think and/or give a thanks in case you grab something.
Ok, so I have finally gotten around to finish the v1.1 of Simple File Upload (SFU). It contains two of the most requested features; Ajax driven CAPTCHA reload and allow multiple file upload at the same time.
I am already working on v1.2 which will contain the next "step" from all the requests, namely "zip/tar upload and extract" and user specific upload directories. With a pool halfway on completion my "real" job and family, etc., etc. I can not make any promises to when v1.2 is completed but if you guys keep encourage me I'll try to get it done as soon as I possible can...
Please help me out in testing v1.1 and report any strange behaviors, bugs or flaws you find, Ok?
(Please do not forget to tell me if it is working as well by leaving a comment (it's not THAT difficult and doesn't hurt at ALL; I promise!!!)

Simple File Upload (v1.0) - ALPHA
Written by Anders

Under Projects Alpha/Beta you will now find the latest version I am working on which will be version 1.0 as I now feel it is getting "serious" enough to call a version one.
Please give it a go and let me know if you can get it working!
I have added a demo Simple File Upload (SFU) module under the Projects section so you can see it in "action" before deciding on if you like it or not.
Please feel free to test it but bare in mind that it is limited to text documents (.txt) only and a maximum size of 100 bytes.
To create a test document just fire up Notepad (on Windows) or GEdit, vi or your favorite editor and type a few words and save. Then chose that file to upload. SFU will tell you if the file is too big or not of the correct type.
The alert is not included in the GA release, only on this Demo instance.
Let me know how it turns out, ok?
